Good news first!

I am having some sales on my ebooks in the coming weeks. It will kick off with two great deals over Thanksgiving. Starting Thursday, November 23, Remember the Yorktown, part 1 of my Gravity saga will be free and will remain so for 5 days!
Also tagging along, The Dangerous Life of Agnes Pyle will be available for $0.99 starting the same day as Remember the Yorktown’s sale (Nov. 23). Agnes will stay only $0.99 for Thursday and creep back up a dollar every 40 hours until it is back up to the regular price of $4.99 on November 30th.
And more sales will be coming through the holiday season! And if you somehow miss this sale despite my heads-up, both will go on sale again in December. Those dates to come later.
The bad now.
This is going to be the last week that I post a short story regularly on Friday. I am going to begin posting them a little more sporadically, but with the aim of something every two weeks. I plan to continue a poem a week indefinitely, or until my poetry writing slows down too much.
With that slow down, I am going to try to redesign the site a little, starting with the short story main page, where I (try to) have links to all of my short stories. I hope to make it less bland, but we’ll see how well I do at that.
And the good again!
Always start and end with the positives, so that’s what I am doing here. Later today I will be posting the last regular short story for the time being, but that short story is going to be a big one. “Into Fire’s Den,” a 6700+ word fantasy story will be today’s post at 4:00PM central time. I had toyed with the idea of making that story one on Amazon, but I decided against it. Then I thought maybe for email subscribers (when I get my newsletter going), but again, I have another one set for that.
That’s it for now though. So check out my social media pages and keep tuned in here for the sales! And I hope everyone enjoys Into Fire’s Den!
