Second, listen to the podcast Waking Up with Sam Harris #90 with Gavin de Becker titled “Living With Violence.” It deals a lot with how to trust instinct and intuition, specifically in relation to violence, but there is a lot that can be said for the podcast as a whole. I found it riveting. Hopefully you will too!
